Naomi Fox started The Fox’s Den ChildCare in 2017 after adopting her youngest two sons and stepping away from foster care. Her love for nurturing and teaching kids led her to create a unique childcare experience that feels like home. As a mom of four active children herself, Naomi knows the value of keeping kids engaged, happy, and supported as they grow. Driven by a passion to make quality, affordable childcare accessible in Wadsworth, Naomi designed the Den to offer the best of both worlds—home-like coziness and the structure of a state-licensed daycare. She combines safety and fun through secure spaces, dance parties, hands-on activities that build confidence and inspire learning, and so much more!
My name is Amanda Yoder. I began my journey at The Den as an assistant director for two locations, and have served as the Creston director for several years. I’ve been with The Den for 5 years and have 22 years of experience in the childcare field. I hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and am passionate about working with children of all ages. I love being a support to our teachers in all ways but especially when it comes to teaching and curriculum! I’m also a proud mom of three wonderful daughters, ages 16, 15, and 12. Together, we enjoy shopping and attending sporting events.
My name is Jessica Klepper, and I am the director at The Fox’s Den in Creston. Previously, I served as a director at another center and later joined Creston’s team as a Pre-K teacher when it opened. Now, I’m thrilled to be back in a director role! I’ve been in childcare for six years, with over three of those years at The Den. Helping children grow and develop has always been a true joy. I’m married with two kids—an 11-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son. We love spending weekends outdoors, cheering on our oldest at the ball field as she plays softball.
I’ve been part of The Den since 2021, starting as a toddler teacher and growing into roles as our Pre-K teacher, Assistant Director, and now Director. Each step has strengthened my passion for early childhood education and my commitment to creating a safe, nurturing environment for every child. While my title has changed, my compassion, drive, and heart for this work have always remained the same. The children are my top priority, along with creating a wonderful environment here at The Den.
